Adding Velocity To Education
We use innovative precision teaching techniques to cultivate confident learners of all ages and abilities.
What is the Fluency Factor?
Fluency is the cornerstone of mastery, particularly for early learners. In any learning environment, fluency serves as a foundation for emotional satisfaction with acquired knowledge.
Conversely, skills poorly taught with diminished expectations for mastery are transient, frustrating, and ineffective. Consequently, fluency ensures that learning efforts are not wasted and that students derive value from their education.

I highly recommend the Fluency Factory if your child is dyslexic and in need of catching up. Once we found Richard, it was as if we finally hit a home run with finding someone who could help my middle school age daughter with reading, fluency, spelling and believing in herself. She is not an easy one to get through but she trusted him and he made her feel like she can do it and made her feel that she is smart. It did not go with out some small battles but he stuck by her side and helped her achieve her goals to the end. She made HUGE strides. She jumped up pretty much two grade levels throughout the school year with tutoring 3 times a week and then 2 times a week. The school couldn’t believe how well she was doing and she will now be able to go into the main stream English and Writing class next year. I’m sure we will continue for time to time to get tutored by Richard again but as a family we couldn’t be happier that we found Richard. The Fluency Factory has been the best thing that has every happened to her and my family. You will not be disappointed in using them. Their expertise and compassion to help children succeed is beyond measurable.

For Schools & Organizations
Educational Consulting
We wish to demonstrate that a teaching staff within a public school can obtain outstanding results in helping their grade 3-8 students to attain grade level or better reading skills despite their age. Our major questions involve finding methods to teach and support the teaching staff in the use of these relatively unknown methods.
Because we have previously trained teachers in a variety of classrooms and schools, as well as in learning centers, we assume that with careful instruction and practice teachers will not only learn these methods but embrace them as they rapidly improve the immediate and long-term outcomes of their students.
